SaluteOS privacy policy
Who we are
- SaluteOS provides clinic software: booking, front desk, prescriptions and patient records.
- For patient information, each clinic is responsible and SaluteOS processes it only on the clinic’s instructions. Each clinic gives its patients its own privacy notice.
What we collect about you
- If you request a trial: your name, clinic name, contact details, city and number of doctors, to contact you about SaluteOS.
- If you work at a clinic that uses SaluteOS: your name, email, phone and role, to give you access, plus a record of actions you take, to keep patient records safe.
Who handles it
- Trusted providers for hosting and email, only to run the service. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Trial requests: until you tell us to stop or for up to two years. Staff accounts: while the clinic uses SaluteOS, and records of actions for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or erase your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. You can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
